It is imperative that Troop Reports are completed within 7 days of the complexion of the Troop. The Point of Contact (or a designated trooper) is responsible for completing the troop report.

Here's the template for posting a Troop Report - simply copy and paste all the text below:

Just a reminder to everyone that the POC is REQUIRED to submit a troop report within 7 days of the troop.

It is important that you list as accurately as possible the troopers that attended and the costumes that they wore.

Bumping to remind people of the need to produce troop reports.

If there is no troop report then the troop does not count against your trooping record.
