Details:
I would like to start off by thanking everyone on behalf of myself and my family who helped me make this event a success, especially on very short notice.
This event was in memory of my sister Gemma who recently passed away with her newborn, and left behind her partner and 18 month old son and family. A few of her close friends got together to organise this event which was only going to be a small event but when word got out about it it became a huge event, the amount of help and support from the community was mind blowing.
Overall we had a really fun day, the kids and adults loved us. Got lots of photos and we where very lucky the rain held of till after the event was finished.

Charity Funds Raised:
We helped raise $450 for the day, and the total amount that was raised for the day was over $20000 + $15000 from the GoFund and there is still plenty more to be added up HeartHeart

Injuries / Malfunctions:
No injuries but my TK did start falling apart by the end of the day Sad

Public Incidents:
Towards the end of the event all the kids were on a massive sugar high and getting a bit rough, so we called it a day.

RE: A Day to Remember - Rubber - Tuesday 3-May-2016

It was a wonderful day.
The community from the Glass House Mountains are amazing.
Their generosity with donations, buying raffle tickets and the auctions was a pleasure and privilege to see.
Most were putting notes or handfuls of coins into the collection tins.

Thank you mate, and your family for allowing us to be part of a truly great day.
We have a "Sandy" in the making as well. Smile
