Hi and welcome to the Redback forums.
To pick a costume choose one that speaks to you and go and do the research. Otherwise have a look at the list in the Costume Reference Library (CRL):

Choose one and again do your research. Sign up on the detachment that looks after that costume they have a wealth of knowledge, reference material and build threads.
