DC-15 Long Build - Sabre66 - Tuesday 31-Jul-2012

Ok
With the Animated Clone Grunt on its way I thought I would start the boom stick that goes with them
So I am going to have a go at a DC-15 Long.

First for me was to get the right scale on the plans

Then to choose a starting point so I went with the end that goes BOOM

Now to add the cooling strips to the muzzle

RE: DC-15 Long Build - Jimcricket - Tuesday 31-Jul-2012

Hate to burst your bubble but the animated DC-15 is different to the movie versions.
here is a link to the clone detacment with some pics
http://forum.clonetroopers.net/index.php?showtopic=16367&hl=%2Banimated+%2Bblaster
and one for the shorty (this is what wood chuck makes)
http://forum.clonetroopers.net/index.php?showtopic=14169&hl= animated blaster&st=0

keep going if you want to finsh the blaster or keep your parts as the the clone blaster is simmilar. Hope my info helps.

RE: DC-15 Long Build - Sabre66 - Tuesday 31-Jul-2012

No you saved me a lot of embarrassment
It would have been weird seeing an Animated with a Movie band stick

Again thanks for the heads up I am glad I didn't go to far to start, plus your links show me I dont have to have to much detail but I like detail so I will take your links and use the well.

Again thanks
