Whats the best thread to follow for the NE TK armour? How do I know what measurements to cut etc? I'm also not sure what each armour piece in the kit is for? Thanks for the help

Start up a build thread in the appropriate section and post photos of the parts you aren't sure about or the entire kit layer out. I'll be able to help more in a couple of weeks after exams, but I'm sure if you post u, someone that has a NE kit will chime in.
There is also FISD which is full of build threads, I'm sure there will be a thread on there where someone has encountered the same problem as you

I have an NE TK, my build thread is both here and on FISD (www.whitearmour.net) that would be the best place to look, lots of NE build. Word of advice, make sure you follow the CRL and movie references and not just someone build, as you may end up coping their mistakes.
Which TK are you building?

I think he meant ANH:Stunt, ANH:Hero, ESB, ROTJ etc by "what type"
also, don't forget to make a build thread in this section of the forums http://www.501st.com.au/forum/forumdisplay.php?fid=14
that way you're not using your introduction thread
