Date:
12th September 2015
Venue:
School Fete
Time:
10am till 1 pm
Mission:
Bring Imperial awesomeness to the Outer Rim of Brisbane
Trooper Attendance:
RBG:
Duras - TK
MrJD - TK
Slide Effect - TI
GA:
Xavier - Jawa
and
Bassy - Lord Vader
Support Crew / Guest Trooper Attendance:
Sonya - Mrs. Slide Effect
Details:
Troopers converged at the school and rendezvoused by 10am.
After organising a second change room location as the first had be co-opted by younglings we proceeded to patrol the location for rebellious tendencies.
Our Imperial magnificence was well accepted by the locals and no potential rebels were discovered.
After a few patrols of the fete and a quick stint as backing dancers for a local performer the mission was called.
Charity Funds Raised:
$80.25 for the school
Injuries / Malfunctions:
Some shoulder bell strapping issues for MrJD
Public Incidents:
disappointing ... MrJD only got one child to cry
Also local police presence not respecting the imperial uniform and attempting to graffiti our armour with stickers even when requested not to.
Mission Status:
Small but definite success
Photos:
To come as all on Slide Effect's phone
Many thanks to Slide Effect and MrJD (especially as MrJD dodgy a Rebel blockade of work to make it). Was a good day and we ended up with the right balance of troopers for the event size
