From what I can see you are going for an Incinerator Trooper? CRL - http://www.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TK_incinerator

As long as you follow the CRL there should be no issues. Hopefully one of the garrison members can clarify if I have mistaken anything.

Yep an incinerator trooper, just follow the CRL and check out FISD for research.

Hey Kai, I am sure you have seen this already over on FISD, but all the info you need to get this baby happening is found there. Research research research is the key to a great build and there are plenty that can help you with weathering techniques etc for the finish.
