Hey guy
Am making my bandoliers from the pattern ( thanks to Mammasith for all her help with Jawa advice) but also saw an amazing authentic WW2 one at the Army Surplus shop in Elizabeth St, but it was $70.

Can you find them anywhere else in Brissie for cheaper? The camping/army supply store out at Enogerra had none.

If you could post a photo of the one that saw, then I could advise you...

There are a few floating around from about $47.50 to $150.00

I bought some originally from Centenary Disposals at Sumner Park, but found that they are a little more Tusken Raider... Sad

So I had some by my local leather guy here on the Gold Coast (about $100) but they do look the part now... Smile

I normally use "photobucket" to upload my photos to, then you just copy and paste the link in the forum to the photo you want to display...

Oh... OK, that looks to be the same as I picked up from Centenary Disposals at Sumner Park for $47.50... I wouldn't be paying $70 for it... Sad

I wasn't happy about using it for a Bandolier, so I ended up using a nice aged leather belt... Wink

This is Elektra again, using it as a belt with a Droid Caller in the pocket... She is wearing the Leather 1903 British pattern Bandolier over her shoulder, which is a lot more accurate...

Wow that looks great! I will check out the Sumner Park place...bit of a drive but cheaper...I am still going to make a bandolier myself otherwise I'll have not done much towards the costume.

That's what I use on my Tusken, and I forked out the $70. Not once, but 3 times. :P

Didn't bother me to pay $70, considering that you can find them at some places for even more.

I live about a 5 min drive from the centenary disposal store so if you need someone to pick some up for you, I can help out.
I was in there about 2 weeks agao and they had 3 in stock then for $47.50
