I was going to post a YouTube video to reinforce the need to "protect the costumer". It was from the recent San Diego Comic Con in the US where a group of 16 year old idiots thought it would be funny for one of them drop down behind a TK whilst the second ran up and pushed him over and the third videoed it and posted it on YouTube.
The video has been taken down because the idiots have realised that they have committed a chargeable offense, now luckily there was a wall behind the TK and he was able to stop himself from falling on the ground, but it only took a couple of seconds for these idiots to catch the guy of guard. Luckily again this is not the sort of idiot that we normally have to deal with, but you need to learn to have your head on a swivel as a wrangler because not all members of the public are there for positive reasons.
