Gix has already talked me through a lot of the sign-up processes and getting my armor, and the big thing seems to be "patience." Haha. If you lot need a wrangler between now and me building my suit let me know.

I would like to start trooping as a wrangler but I can't click on any events in the event page. Is there something I have missed? The event I'm looking at joining in on is the Magneticon in Townsville on the 2nd/3rd of July. I've already read through the Wranglers guide and know what is expected of me.

You won't be able to officially sign up to events until you've been made a verified cadet. If you already know someone in the Redbacks they can vouch for you but if not your best bet would be to let the POC's (Beanie or seantrooper) know that you'll be turning up to help and they'll give you a run down of the days events.
Once you've made yourself known to the troopers up there they can vouch for you and you'll be given "super cadet" level access to the forums, which will include the ability to officially sign up to events. |
