Welcome, I see all the advice that popped into my head upon reading your initial post has already been given. So about all I can add is good luck. And I could also help with horns but would direct you to FX-Guy as Moxxxie has suggested. I got him to make me a set of latex horns for my Darth Maul build and they are great.
