Hi all!!!

I would love to get into contact with some members that are situated in Darwin!

I've been researching and researching and I'm discovered that I really have no idea what I'm doing! So I'm looking for someone that can mentor me and guide me to creating my first personalised amour!

Im super excited to be apart of this community and see what goes on throughout the year.

Gday Rack the 501st Legion ( Star Wars imperials ) is broken up into regional garrisons and the Redbacks are for the QLD members of the Legion. Even though we are geographically closer to you than the Terror Australis Garrison you are best to sign up to there forums ( http://501tag.com/ ) to find if there are any members up your way. I do know there aren't any Rebels ( tooinebase.com.au/ ) up there.

Even so you are more than welcome to drop in and ask questions and see what we are up to.

As the others have posted, Darwin falls into TAG territory, but you'll find that the Redbacks are a pretty helpful bunch, no matter where you're from, so don't be a stranger!

Thanks everyone for the help I'm starting my work on a sand trooper armour within the next few weeks. If anyone had any tips for an amateur about painting techniques, battle scarring etc, please pm me!! Super keen on getting to know everyone better!!

I love how friendly everyone is thanks for all the good tips too...but I would absolutely love to meet with a member, so if anyone knows of any members up here? I live on the defence base in coonawarra/Berryman. Been here for a couple years with my starwars obsessed hubby. The sandtrooper armour is for him as a birthday surprise hopefully I do everything well enough that we can be apart of this awesome community :D
