Stormtrooper outfit, already have helmet, need armour. Know anyone that is selling one. Thanks

Sign up on whitearmor http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/ and there you will find vetted armour suppliers. But keep in mind that the helmet that you have now the colour may not match the armour and you may need to respray to colour match all items.
There are many variants of the stormtrooper pic one that matches your helmet and go from there. Here is the Costume Reference Library (CRL) for stormtroopers:
