Details:
The Imperial shuttles were scheduled to arrive at approximately 6pm, however Diatium decided to arrive early and scout the terrain.
Soon the troops were gathered and armoured up to start their evening patrol of the area at 6:30pm.




Due to the darkness of the oval area, we decided to stay close to the lighting of the base (hall area). With Cameron rattling the tin, donations were quickly being collected and a steady flow of photos with the troopers were taken.





Rubber did attempt to search for those droids - no sightings to report.



After many photos were taken, we did venture out to the activities taking place in one of the other buildings. There we found children making their own "star galaxies" and star trackers.




No plans for a Death star were discovered, although sightings of a moon were reported to have taken place on the oval.

After some more photos, we decided that the evening's activities were winding down and so retreated back to our base to de-armour.

Rubber is still deciding what career path he wants to follow - looking for those droids is taking its toll...



Charity Funds Raised: $60.70 - going towards MS Qld via the RBG MS Moonlight Walk Team

Injuries / Malfunctions: Rex had a helmet greeblie detach during armouring up (possibly due to being knocked) - nothing a little super glue couldn't quickly fix.

Public Incidents: None

Mission Status: Success - fun and smiles achieved.

Awesome troop and the kids were so well behaved. They loved the characters especially Captain Rex.

yes and that little ewok that kept hugging my legs when i had no idea what was going on.

It was good fun and I'm still not sure of a career path.
