Details: In the shire of Redlands, a reading facility were hosting a Sci-Fi day for the whole family. The Capalaba Library climate was very comfortable and a perfect venue for the day.
Troopers arrived early and on time, with the erecting of the Redback wanted sign, we were ready to go.
A lot of shenanigans occurred

A couple of troopers took the opportunity to do some homework,



Lord Vader showed his soft side, by not winning every game of quoits




And who said, you cant teach an old Scout new tricks




And never miss an opportunity to study the competition



It was a little quiet, with troopers outnumbering the locals at times, but still those that came were in awe.

Before you knew it, it was our time to leave.

Great little troop this one. The library had some interesting activities for the kids and of course there was plenty of opportunities for us to get up to mischief.Good job Studio49 on your first wrangle, and good job troopers.

I found a barcode scanner, so it was definitely time to shoot the camera.

Thanks for having me guys. I had an awesome time learning the ropes from the members that were there and I would like to say thank you to all for your help. It was great to meet more of you all and talk all things Star Wars and 501st, now I can't wait for Vader to be done so I can get out there in costume, but for now I'm eager to get out and wrangle again with you all again.

Fingers crossed I'll be doing my first suit up by the end of January early February at the latest!

Great little AIR-CONDITIONED troop

It was great as my first non-con troop. Because ravyn and rubber were at my 1st ever troop @ go blue for autism back in may, and I've pretty much done most of my wrangling since for diatium, teiwaz and dark Dora. And I got to pass on my months of experience to studio 49
Oh and I got my belt from Muppet (almost left him out).

Does this look as stupid as I think it does?

A work friend went along with his kids. He made particular mention of Stacey's Jawa - 'very interactive' were his words. Great work everyone, looks like it was a lot of fun.
