At 8:00 the troops began to arrive, it didn't seem like a year had passed since we had trooped this event for the first time.
We were on a mission, a larger and accessible area to set up, more props and a bigger change room. We were ready to bring it!! and bring it we did.
You have all heard the saying "An army marches on its stomach", well the Redbacks are no different.
An early reconnaissance party was sent ahead to scout out the essentials to any successful campaign.....coffee and food.

Once appetites were met, the first major assault began on the prop stand. To the delight of Fair goers, this year the school had set up a type of photo booth, complete with dress ups, so patrons had a photo momento to take home on the day.
Isn't Diatium very becoming as a princess. Lol

We also had troops patrolling the Fair grounds, having happy snaps with the kids and adults alike.

With so many great photos of the day, it was hard to narrow them down to just a few.
Last year we raised $800, which was split between the Starlight foundation and the school.
This year we raised $958, which will also be split with Starlight foundation.
Many thanks to all the troopers that came out to help make this such a successful troop, the wranglers, new and old, who work hard to keep us in and out of armour, ad last but not least Jason (Scope)and Anda (Madam Sith)for bumping in and out for without their great props, we would just be standing there.
