Details: 

An impressive display was brought to magneticon for the con's 3rd year. We had bigger and better backdrops and troopers were very good at keeping the stand filled at all times. This year we decided to run a raffle and be pro-active in fundraising, for a local charity "Nolan's Journey to Walk".

Troopers did what they do best, and posed for photos and spread the imperial word to all who passed by.

We also snagged a bargain on the star wars drones, so a small "battel simulation" may have taken place before opening on Sunday

Charity Funds Raised: $500 - special thanks to everyone that donated the slice excess, and to NQDude who put in the last little bit to bring the total to $500

Raffle: $120.70

Extra: $14.58

Injuries / Malfunctions: muppet's TK may have seen better days, so was only worn for a short period

Public Incidents: Nothing more than the usual crying babies

Mission Status: A complete success, massive thanks to all involved!

Awesome work Venom Squad! A big thank you to Ken, Kerrin, Dan , Jordy, Trev and his kids for coming up to troop with us. Great work to Kemen for his first time at wrangling. He did a cracking job both days. Can't wait to see the photos. Also a big mention to Rick for his time out as a Royal Guard, you looked stunning if I say so myself!!!! Well done to Venom Squad for a fun 2 days and for raising $500 for charity.
