Details: This was to raise awareness for the Red Cross Blood Donation Centre.

At this time of year they struggle to get a steady flow of donations. Sickness and holidays sees the Blood Stocks all over Australia fall to dangerous levels.

For this group it was very cool that we got to donate one of each type of donation needed by the Blood Bank. Whole Blood, Plasma and Platelet donations are all very vital and in desperate need. These different donations help people in very different ways.

You don't have to wait for the next one of these. Roll up your sleeve and help the Red Cross anytime.

1 in 3 people need a blood transfusion but only 1 in 30 donate. Let's see if we can get the Redback Garrison to have 1 in 3 donating. Doppeldaumen1

The life you help save could be someone you love.

Charity Funds Raised:

1 x Whole Blood
1 x Plasma
1 x Platelets

Injuries / Malfunctions: Each trooper received one puncture wound to their left arms. Deadly I know.

Public Incidents: Apok did take a few extra chocolates. He can't resist those Caramello Koalas!!!!

Mission Status: Success. Next we need more people to roll up their sleeves.

And the best part (other than helping saving lives) is the snacks afterwards. Milkshakes, cheese and crackers, chocolates, chips, cookies, juice!!! The list is long and delicious.
