found this site for jack boots, but need some ideas before I spend the money to buy the boots. Can anybody let me know if they are ok for the Tie Pilot Reserve costume.

Thanks guys

the site is sovietboots.com. About $60 for the boots and $30 to post to Australia
They look about the right height but not sure if they are supposed to have a buckle on them just check with CRL for tie pilot reserve your
Thanks scoot040
They should be around 13 inches from base to top

Black Boots
For 501st approval:

Calf high black leather or leather like material.
Free of laces, decorative stitching, buckles on the instep or any other embellishments.
Boots may have a single adjustment strap at the top outside of the boot, with the buckle no wider than 1".
This need not be functional.
Zippers on the inside of the boot are acceptable, so long as they are concealed.
If the zipper is not covered by vinyl/leather, it is painted black.
German "jack boot" style boots are most canon.

For level two certification (if applicable):

Boots are made of leather.

For level three certification (if applicable):

Boots are German jack boots (or “Knobelbechers”) or an authentic replication thereof.
Boots have the top adjustment strap.

Think I will order a pair from them too and another set that I found that look destintly like what I will need for my Agent Kallus build but would have to add the armour/extra lay of leather to the shin for thickness.
Cool thanks for the advice guys I will buy a pair now thanks
