I'm not sure what Mammasith charges for an officer costume but if your budget is only $200, you can get an approvable (if it fits you correctly) from www.cosplaysky.com. But bear in mind, if it is not fitted correctly, it can cost you more to alter it, than for it to be made from scratch.
