Newbie - Trimby - Thursday 21-Apr-2016
Hi all, my name is Kieron, I am a newbie looking to join the illustrious 501st. This has been a long time in the making (5 years), and now I'm ready (hopefully) with approval to join and start trooping.
I am a pretty busy guy with work (law enforcement) current Army Reserve (infantry), and other extra curricular activities, but would still love to squeeze time in to trooping and attending charity events (have current blue card).
I have a newly finished Scout Trooper uniform (Kropcerkel made) with all greeblies changed on snout, thermal detonator, and bicep armour to movie accurate matchings in gloss white. I have the pistol and holster (attached to boot). I did a lot of research before purchasing my armour and I'm proud to say the time effort and money as well worth it.
I have read into the application process and will hopefully get that on the way shortly, any extra info or contact from/to the GML would be muchly appreciated. I look forward to future discussions and future trooping one day (fingers crossed my uniform is up to scratch
). I love on the South side of Brisbane.
I have been to a few Supanovas and was very impressed with the garrison and the friendly 'wrangers' that I met on those days.
I hope to help continue the fine tradition of the 501st.
