Arundel Park Disabled Riding School Family Fun Open Day - APOK - Thursday 3-Oct-2019
Date: Sunday 11th August 2019
Venue: Arundel Park Riding for Disabled Inc.

Time: 10am to 1pm
Mission: To head to the open day for the APDRS and have a whole lot of fun and get some photos taken to bring awareness to this great charity.

Details: This is our second year attending this event. Not only does the public get a chance to see and experience what these guys do, but a lot of the disabled riders come along to have a nice fun day. There were lots of stalls and some fun rides, including a mechanical bull that Apok decided to have a go on. He did really well and stayed on for quite a bit.
We also got to meet a very famous pig that has even had a book written about her. She was huge.
We patted ponies and danced to a country band with some of the kids. Overall it was a fantastic event and we hope more of us can attend next year.
Charity Funds Raised: Nil. Hearts and minds. There to make the kids smile.
Injuries / Malfunctions: Nil.
Public Incidents: Just seeing Apok dance might be scarring enough!
Mission Status: Complete success.
