New Recruit Elektra - Elektra - Sunday 4-Nov-2012
Hi Everybody,
I am a big Star Wars Fan, and I first saw all of you guys at Super Nova on the Gold Coast earlier this year.
I (like most of you, I'm sure), grew up on Star Wars and I know that the movies have brought immense pleasure to many people around the world.
I saw you all again at Dreamworld, and it was only then that I realised the very important work that the Redbacks do, all in the name of Charity...
This has inspired me to want to do more to help out, and give a little back.
So, here I am...
(by the way, I think that Jawas are the cutest little creatures in the known universe...)

Welcome, where do you hail from? We probably have members near you (we're spread out far and wide across Queensland now).
Just so happens LadyTarkin (Lisa) and I were making a Jawa costume today for one of our younglings.
I'll post up a build thread when I get some time and have a bit more of it done.
The http://www.kraytclan.com/ has some great information and reference photos for doing Jawa's (M.J. has posted a great build thread on there).
And yes it is very rewarding what we do
