Greetings Redbacks!
I've recently had my Jedi costume approved on Rebel Legion, and thought I'd introduce myself to my new shadowy allies (or technically enemies? or is it vice-versa?
)
Background: The usual - spent childhood obsessed with Star Wars
A few years back I discovered GenCon, and thus Supanova - and my life hasn't been the same since.
That was when I saw my first 501st Legion members with Darth Vader, Boba Feet and the stormtroopers... I have wanted to join up since
Eventuly I had gathered unto myself a collection of 11 Force FX lightsabers (half Jedi half Sith). Realising that I had all these lightsabers and no jedi/sith robes to complete the circle I decided to finally create a costume in time for Gold Coast Supanova.
Fast forward to now and I'm finally living the dream :D
At this stage (unfortunately) I probably won't be in a position to create a requisite Dark Side costume to become an active member
But as a wise Jedi Master once said "Always in motion, the future, is"
So I'll just have to settle for the forums in the meantime. And the run-ins with the local stormtroopers or dozen at future events
Speaking of which I'm looking forward to meeting some of you out and about at the MS Moonlight Walk and Brisbane Supanova

Ps Why did you name the garrison after horrid spiders?
