The Redback Garrison is proud to announce the formation of the Wedge-tail Squad!!!

The squad area extends west to the QLD/NT border from: The northern tip of Border Island (just over 100km North of Mackay) and The Southern tip of Fraser Island. (about 65km South from Hervey Bay)
Mission statement: The Wedgetail Squad, a division of the 501st Legion and Redback Garrison is dedicated to raising awareness and spirits through appearances at charitable and civic events throughout Central Queensland. Our family of volunteers will not only strive to promote Star Wars and grow the footprint of the 501st in the region, but will create lasting relationships and memories within our vastly spread community. Brought together by the love of Star Wars we are a charity-focused costuming group, who will aid in the success of regional charitable events, community-based events, and public appearances while having fun and celebrating the continuation of the Star Wars Universe.
