HI Scorpion, As Bruce gave me the advice, start to get all you snaps, glue, velcro before your kit arrives.
There are heaps of AM thread builds on the FISD which are brilliant. the AM kit is fairly easy with some tricky points compared to other models, but all good.
The build is slow only due to me being "time poor" at the moment.
If your on the coast pop in and you can see what the AM kit will look like when it arrives, and what i have done so far. the last week after work I have been making snap plates, straight from the BIDS Build".
I am working on the kit all weekend (wife away) so looking to get it really close.

oh yeh forgot to mention, go with Bruce suggestion on the magnets, mine arrived yesterday and they are awesome. so strong the metal ruler bends when it is near them yet still easy to manage.
