E-11 Templates and blueprints, are there exact measurments?

Gday guys, have been searching for approved E-11 templates and blueprints. I'm unable to register on Imperial Armory as there is a problem with their website so I cant access templates. Builds I can find elsewhere but templates or blueprints I can not. I was looking to do a scratch build for the most part. If someone could post the blaster builders templates for me that would be awesome, also if there are blueprints around somewhere a link to that would be great as well. From my research the measurements some people use in there builds seem to be all over the shop with some comments on builds saying do what you think is right, weird, I'm hoping there are blueprints around that I haven't found.
