Transferring Tickets

To participate in the pre-show reservations for select panels and show store shopping experiences, you must transfer any tickets you buy for your friends or family to their unique email addresses.

Please note: If you purchased a ticket for a family or a friend as a gift and you will not be attending Star Wars Celebration, as the original purchaser, you must log into your My Tickets account and update the name and email on the order that the tickets were purchased for before April 1st in order to allow the recipient to collect the tickets onsite. You can then proceed to the Ticket Transfer steps for pre-show reservations and show store shopping experiences by following the steps below.

Starting the Process
To start the Ticket Transfer process, visit Tickets and log in using the email address you used to purchase your tickets. If you do not have a password, click Forgot Password and you will be prompted via email to create a new one. Once you are logged in, look for the Star Wars Celebration order and click the blue button that says Manage Star Wars Celebration Japan Profile. In your profile, you will click the link that says Transfer Items. A window will pop up on that same screen that will allow you to enter your friend or family member’s email address and select the tickets you want to transfer to them.

Please note: Once you transfer the ticket, it now virtually belongs to them, but the physical ticket (also known as a badge) must be picked up by the original ticket purchaser. See more information in our FAQ for badge pick up.

If someone bought your ticket and transferred it to you, you will log into Tickets. Once you do, you will see a green bar at the top that says you have a transfer pending. Click on the link in that bar to accept your ticket transfer and follow the prompts.

You must accept your transferred ticket to participate in pre-show reservations.
