I am guessing if you had the uk copy of the FX armor, you would not need to paint it.
Most armour is made from white ABS or HIPS plastics, and does not need to be painted.
Is your armor fibreglass?
Best that someone checks it out for you, just in case.

I might hold an AP next weekend, just as an excuse to drink and have a bbq.
I am on the southside but it may be worth you comming down.

It was sent from the UK, yes it is HIPS ( I think ) but it is just not white enough for me. when my ESB FX helmet is next to it, it is just not the same white so I am going to colourmatch the whites and match the lid

I would like to meet you at this gathering if you tell me where and when I will tell you if I can make it.

Ahh, Ok, I know the stuff. I have a front and rear lower abs from him. (was $10 the pair in case I do a TD). Won't name the seller, but he does heaps of recast FX stuff.

It's ABS, and it looks just a little bit grey.,.... Not really white when next to a white object...

Yeah, paint it, or do a TD, (Sandtrooper)....
