Sorry for the late reply but you've already received some excellent advice. That build thread Bullant has provided is my first costume build (thanks for the prop's Bullant) so if you have any questions regarding anything in there don't hesitate to drop me a pm.
Very nice offer from Kieren regarding the custom made uniform as it would then be perfect. The cosplaysky tunic is generally spot-on, however they do tend to make the pant on the large side.
