Mando helmet options for kids

I've seen the Jango and Boba Fett two part helmets with the kids Rubies kits.

Are there any other low cost options? (given how fast the kids grow, and how quickly they lose interest in a costume and want a different one).

I'm hopefully (fingers crossed) taking some time of work next week, I've got plastic bins and templates ready, but realised I don't have helmets sorted.

I have a couple of Rubies costumes for my son, the jump suits are OK for a GA kid but the "helmets" are rubbish. I got his Vader Hasbro full moulded talking helmet off eBay for $20 and I bought the Fett new for $70 off eBay (seen them for under $30 but he needed it urgently for Supanova this year). It would be worth a search.

its a 1 piece and the visor is the right shape aswell

I have the file and this can be scaled to ANY size. This project could cost less than $10 materials pending
