I went the same route of amour, and with the list of item you have, you should go for MEPD Police Deployment.

used a 5 or a 10cent piece as the template and traced onto a spare piece of ABS.

Small child yells "Bad man", kicks Badman in the shins and runs away.
Rest of the troopers fall over laughing.
