I spotted you guys at Nova as well - and really liked your costumes! It takes a lot of effort to do all of that makeup, and you guys did it so well!

What makeup brands to you use? (I'm only curious, because I also do Asajj Ventress, which is really heavy on the makeup as well!)

Hey Moxxxie!

Satay used a professional pink paint with air brush. It looked great, but required touch ups due to cracking. She's going to return to cream based paint (applying with a sponge). Will keep you posted on what brand she likes best.

I use oil based paints and paint crayons - I like to draw the tattoos on. Not sure what brand it is, but they are the kind you can find at make up and art shops.

Btw, we have a group doing a Clone Wars Cosplay next Brisbane Supanova. We'll be doing the rounds and going on stage. We'd happily add a Ventress to the team.
