E-11 pipe dimensions

Hey 'y'all going to Bunnings today for some pvc pipe to start playing with my dremel...I was told to buy 32mm pvc water pipe with the radius of 42 mm...
but It would save me time if I got bunnings to cut it to the right length as well anyone know the measurements?

I think the pipe needs to be about 18.5 Inches.
