Hi i am thinking of doing a trooper commander build from a rotj suit aside from the anh helmet is there much else on the suit that is different any help would be great thanks.

Construction of ANH TK and ROTJ TK are quite different. RotJ uses overlap method for attaching the halves of arms and legs together, whereas ANH uses a but joint and cover strip method.
Keep researching and all of this will start to make a lot more sense.
