Thinking of doing my first non-Star Wars costume for conventions like nova and comic con etc.
Anyone who's watched The Shield will know the lead character Vic Mackey, it will be a cheap and easy costume to make.
I got the t-shirt from ebay, the desert eagle from plasticarmoury.com and the shield from an online store (not pictured are the sunnies from BigW $20).
All I really need now is the leather jacket, I've seen a few good ones but not as accurate as I'd like, I'll prob end up just getting something that's close enough.
I'm using the Desert Eagle which Vic used in the later episodes of season 7 as it's hard to find a replica S&W 4506-1, I may get a 1911 and mod it to look like the S&W.
